Ingredients

  • 40g uncooked traditional rolled oats (Uncle Tobys)
  • 245ml almond milk
  • 25g 90% cocoa dark chocolate (Lindt)
  • 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup (Queen)
  • 30g vanilla flavoured protein

Directions

  1. Microwave the chocolate for 10-15 seconds until it starts to melt.
  2. Blend the almond milk and protein powder. Next, add the melted chocolate and maple syrup.
  3. Transfer contents into a jar or container, add the oats and a pinch of salt.
  4. Place the lid and close. Fridge the jar overnight or enjoy right away.
