Ingredients
- 40g uncooked traditional rolled oats (Uncle Tobys)
- 245ml almond milk
- 25g 90% cocoa dark chocolate (Lindt)
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup (Queen)
- 30g vanilla flavoured protein
Directions
- Microwave the chocolate for 10-15 seconds until it starts to melt.
- Blend the almond milk and protein powder. Next, add the melted chocolate and maple syrup.
- Transfer contents into a jar or container, add the oats and a pinch of salt.
- Place the lid and close. Fridge the jar overnight or enjoy right away.
