- 25g cup shredded light tasty cheese (Woolworths)
- 75g chopped red capsicum
- 1 super soft large tortilla (Mission)
- 100g skinless roast chicken (Woolworths)
Directions
- Prepare the ingredients and the chicken.
- Heat pan on medium heat and place the tortilla.
- Add the red capsicum and chicken, and lay the cheese on top.
- Once the cheese starts to melt, fold the tortilla and transfer the quesadilla to a serving plate.
