Ingredients
- 150g lean beef mince
- 200g iceberg lettuce
- 25g diced white onion
- 25g diced dill pickles
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 25g light tasty shredded cheese (Woolworths)
- 30ml burger sauce (Heinz)
- 10g sesame seeds (optional)
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- Fry the lean beef mince and minced garlic in a non stick fry pan on medium high heat. Once completely cooked through, add salt and pepper and remove from heat.
- Shred (200g) lettuce and place into bowl with the diced white onion and diced pickles.
- Top the salad with the warm beef mince and sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with burger sauce. (Optional: top with sesame seeds)
- Serve immediately.
